Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses the service at goddy.lol ("goddy.lol"). The service is provided by [DATA CONTROLLER] ("we"). By creating an account or continuing to use it, you accept these terms.

1. Who can use it

goddy.lol is only for people aged 18 and over. You must enter your real date of birth; accounts that turn out to belong to someone under 18 are closed.
One account per person. You can't create an account on behalf of someone else or impersonate anyone.

2. Your account

You sign in to goddy.lol with your Google account; you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Your username, display name and photos must not impersonate anyone or contain insults or obscenity.

3. Community rules

The following are not allowed:

Harassment, threats or bullying; repeatedly messaging or sending requests to someone who doesn't want them.
Hate speech or degrading remarks targeting characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
Sexual content and nudity; sending sexual messages or images without the other person's consent.
Any sexual content involving people under 18. In that case the account is permanently closed and reported to the authorities.
Scams; asking for money, bank details, passwords or personal information; spam, advertising and redirecting people to other sites.
Fake profiles, using someone else's photos, impersonating someone.
Sharing other people's personal information (address, phone number, photos) without permission.
Illegal content, incitement to violence, encouraging self-harm.
Trying to disrupt the service, get around security measures or use it with automated tools.

Playful features like tomatoes, roasts and games are for fun; they must not be used to target and bother someone.

4. What you share

You're responsible for your messages, photos and profile details.
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to use it only as far as needed to run the service (store, display, deliver it).

5. Blocking, reporting and moderation

You can block and report anyone who bothers you. Reports are reviewed by goddy.lol admins.
While a report is reviewed, the reported messages and profile may be viewed by admins.
Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a temporary suspension or permanent closure. Serious violations lead straight to closure.
Deleting your account while there is a report about you doesn't stop the review: the report and its evidence are kept, no new account can be opened with the same Google account until the review is finished, and if the decision is permanent closure that Google account can't sign up again.

6. AI assistant (goddy)

The AI bot's answers may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate and are not advice. Content you send to the bot is passed to an AI provider outside the EU (details in the Privacy Policy).

7. Staying safe when meeting people

We can't verify the identity of people you meet online, and we don't guarantee that the information in profiles is accurate.
Never send anyone money or share your passwords or personal details.
If you meet in person, meet somewhere busy and tell someone close to you.

8. The service

The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or stop the service. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Closing your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time with "Delete my account" in your profile. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. For significant changes you'll be asked to accept the new version the next time you open goddy.lol; you can't keep using it without accepting.

11. Governing law and contact
